Christianne is an Associate and Collaborator of Work EvOHlution. She was actively involved in the development of the Distributed Team Diagnostic and led the research and development of the Distributed Leader Profiler. Further, she has played an active role in communicating Work EvOHlution’s research findings to both researchers and practitioners the public via blog and magazine articles, as well as academic presentations.
Christianne has a master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario. She is currently pursuing a PhD and her research focuses on women’s experiences at work and in particular on women’s continued underrepresentation in leadership positions within organizations.
